Welcome to Kingsand and Cawsand and thank you for taking a look at our properties, we hope that you can create as many happy memories as we have in this beautiful little forgotten corner of Cornwall. We dream of one day living in this area full-time, but, for now we just love visiting as often as we can and have really enjoyed furnishing the home to make them as comfortable and as welcoming as possible. Hopefully you will feel like it is your home away from home, with every comfort and detail lovingly put together to give our properties that extra touch.

Managing our properties are our local experts Rosie & Harry, at Forgotten Corner Holiday Cottages who live in the area with their office is a few minutes walk from the properties, they are ready to answer all your questions and on hand for any requirements you may have.

When we visit we always check the community notice boards around the villages to see what is happening locally, as there is always lots on particularly at the Mount Edgcumbe estate.

Colin likes to swim in all weathers and get out there on his paddle board. We love walking on all the fabulous footpaths, taking our dogs on beach and I love antique hunting, painting and cooking, I find it so inspirational and relaxing here.
